Facilities are old and poorly maintained. Furniture old, bedding was not comfortable. Air conditioning was so cold and wouldnt regulate, pool was filthy too

Location, room ok
It’s Sheraton we love it everywhere in the world except this one. It’s a shock that sheraton accepts this type of management and attitude rude staff, racist like this, they only smile to white people even though not all of the staff are white. Even the staff is dressed like if it was a motel. That had never been sheraton image.
